Eastern Colorado Springs was primarily developed between 1945 and 1980. The majority of the homes in this area were built in the 1960s and feature large yards with mature trees and great views of the Rocky Mountains. Several new home builders have added subdivisions to the area within the last 10 years, bringing with them large, open floor plans and well manicured parks. Close proximity to Peterson AFB and Shreiver AFB make this a great place for military families.
